• Assist the employer and employees to develop a Workplace Skills Plan which helps with the requirements of the relevant Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
• Advise the employer with preparation, reporting and implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan for reporting to the SETA.
• Also, the preparation and reporting of the Annual Training Report (ATR) measuring progress against the WSP for the defined period.
