The founder Farida Bassa-Rivera has over 14 years of experience in the Education sector and is supported by a team of accredited facilitators, coaches and programme developers, who possess post-graduate degrees, are multi-skilled and are drawn from diverse industries and demographic profiles, to meet the specific needs of South and West Africa. Thus enabling a meaningful learning experience drawn from the expertise from various industries.
